妈妈的爱心蛋食物 Mamma’s egg dishes with love




我们最喜欢吃妈妈弄的蛋饭,一碗热气腾腾的白饭打一粒鸡蛋下去搅匀,淋上晒油,香喷喷的蛋饭就被我们狼吞虎咽的吞下肚子了!

还有妈妈称之为果酱卷的早餐,用叉子把蛋打好, 倒进平底锅慢慢煎成薄薄的一片,然后搽上果酱卷起来,切成一块块,就大功告成,闭上眼睛慢慢细嚼,人生一大美食也!

面包煎蛋也是我们的喜爱,将面包放进打好的蛋内沾一沾,放进平底锅内煎熟,撒上粗糖,也是美味的早餐之一,现在时代进步我搽上咖央或果酱来吃。

有时候我们想往事只能回味 就跑去怡保旧街场白咖啡过过瘾!

We love to eat mamma’s white rice with eggs, she scooped up a bowl of steaming white rice, cracked an egg to mix with the rice, topped with Soya sauce, delicious egg rice was devoured and swallow into our stomach!
Mamma called it 'jam roll' breakfast, she mixed the eggs with a fork, then poured into the frying pan and cooked with low heat, when it was ready she placed the egg on the plate and spread some jam on it and rolled it up, then cut into pieces, we chewed and enjoyed the jam roll with our eyes closed, this was one of our favorite food in our old time!
'Bread Omelette' is our favourite too until today, mamma beat the eggs with a fork, then dipped the bread into the beaten eggs, placed it into the frying pan, when it was ready, she sprinkled coarse sugar on top of it, it was one of the delicious breakfasts, now the times has changed, we eat with 'Kayang 'or jam.
Even now, whenever we have the ‘Nostalgia' feeling, we will ran to the 'Ipoh Old Town White Coffee' and have ourselves satisfied!
